Our youth programs are designed to engage young people through the practice of Calisthenics (body weight training).
We guide them through a personal development journey, where they learn and understand the process of achieving their goals.

Our Calisthenics program is based on 3 pillars of Mobility, Strength and Skill. These pillars help young people develop the foundations for functional movement and build confidence in their physical ability.
Personal development
At the core of our programs is personal development! We guide and support young people through the process of achieving a fitness goal, so they prove to themselves that they have the qualities and attributes needed to succeed.
Positive progression
Our objective is always to empower young people to find and pursue their true aspirations, whether that means re-engaging with education, gaining employment or starting their own enterprise.
